How do I setup checks that can perform REST?

A possible workaround we looked at is running the REST call on chrome and using the debugger to save it as a HAR file. You can upload the HAR file into proxy sniffer.

Can warnings and errors also affect my SLA?

Only Errors and Fatals affect SLA percentage.

How do I upload ZT checks in ASM?

Add the prxdat file when creating a check, this should give you the option on how to compile the scenario. Be sure to choose the right version of ZT.

How can other users see the checks on my dashboard?

In manage checks, select "Edit Users", you'll be able to control which users can be a part of your group.

How long is the period of data retention for a check?

The details and statistic differs for each type of check. (PRX checks - 7d, FPR checks 14d, URLv2 24h)

Is there a list of IP's that need to be whitelisted?

Why should I use Severity Mapping instead of Blocking URLs?

Blocking URLS is a good solution for third party URLS, Severity Mapting can be used to map result errors to non-default severities. This is useful to customise differnet checks and how they should alert.

What are the differences between Tier 1+, 1, 2, 3?

Tier 1+ - Apica Certified High Availability Cluster Setup - World-wide main locations where scalability, performance and high-availability are guaranteed

Tier 1 - Apica Certified Multi-Server Setup - Multi-server site with on-site failover capability

Tier 2 - Apica Generic Setup - Site with off-site failover capability

Can I create more than one check for multiple locations?

It's possible to achieve this through integrations with PagerDuty, but Apica alerts will only notify you when the status of the check has been changed.
