Customers using SaaS with private ZebraTester agent installations (that is, On-Premise, Inside the Firewall) must update their agents after December 10, 2019.

Step

Details (if any)

1. Stop the agent and back up the following files in the ZT folder.

  • execAgent.dat

  • execAgentCluster.dat

  • execAgentController.dat

  • ExecAgentTicket.dat

  • prxsniff.key 

2. Uninstall the current ZT agent

3. Install the new ZT agent version

4. Restore the backed-up files

  • execAgent.dat

  • execAgentCluster.dat

  • execAgentController.dat

  • ExecAgentTicket.dat

  • prxsniff.key

5. Start the agent
